Returns/Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

• Original tags and lining attached.
• Items are not to be damaged, worn, washed or worn.
• Damaged swimwear will be sent back to customer.
• Buyer pays for own shipping to send back.
• *Postmarked* within 10 days of package arrival
• Must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving item to offer exchange credit.

Once your package is received, the merchandise will be quality inspected.  Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.  Lilikoi Paia Maui is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.  

Lilikoi Paia Maui values 100% customer satisfaction.  We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our office within 14 days of the shipment date.  No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to any PRESALE order that cancels beyond 24 hours of placing the original order.
